Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at valsamgraceeli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
